What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We use FastWay as our preferred courier of choice. Depending on where you are in South Africa will affect the exact shipping cost.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

It should take between 1 and 2 weeks for your items to reach you. Some products are imported from overseas, in which case we will communicate with you on delivery times. Should an item be out of stock, we will contact you with an estimate on when the product will be available for purchase.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Currently we are only shipping within South Africa, but please send us an order and we can give you a quote on shipping to your country.

Payment Information

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Kings Games uses both direct payments into our bank account, as well as PayFast. PayFast is a payments processing service for South Africans and South African websites. We enable easy, secure and instant transfer of money between online buyers and sellers.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Yes. PayFast and Kings Games is committed to keeping you and your information secure. We have a multitude of checks in place to protect both buyers and sellers from fraudulent transactions.

Orders and Returns

How do I place an Order?

Click on the item which you would like to buy and then click the ‘Add to cart’ button. Your item will be added then click on the shopping trolley icon in the top right and then click ‘Checkout’. Fill in your billing details and delivery address, choose your payment method and Place Order.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No you don’t need an account but one will be set up for you when placing an order so that you can track orders.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
To cancel your order (Order Status: Processing)
  1. Sign into “My Account” and click “My Orders”.
  2. Click on the order number that you would like to cancel.
  3. Click “cancel this order” located at the bottom of the Order Details page to proceed with cancellation.
  4. Note: Only orders that have not shipped can be cancelled.
